Section 1 – The watch bourse is organised by the TPLAMBCV Association (french law dated year 1901) according to old and modern watches as well as related mechanism and tools. It is intended to favor contacts and exchanges between individual and professional collectors.
Section 2 – Professionals and individuals can participate after registering the form and paying the total cost of booking.
Section 3 – The site of each exhibitor will be chosen on the first come of complete booking.
Section 4 – Exhibitors will show the only items described in section 1. Other items won’t be accepted.
Section 5 – No copy, no fake of watches brand accepted. If any fake will be present, it’ll be broken immediatly, and the exhibitor will go out of the exhibition, without any refund money.
Section 6 – If the exhibitor is missing at 9am, the association TPLAMBCV will able to assign the site to someone else. There won’t be any refund money for the missing people.
Section 7 – For security, the tables won’t be moved. If there is a problem of table position, please ask the association.
Section 8 – The association TPLAMBCV declines any responsability in case of loss, theft or deterioration of item and exhibitors installations. Les organisateurs déclinent toute responsabilité en cas de perte, de vol, de dégradation des pièces ou matériel exposés avant, pendant et après la manifestation. Item and documents of each exhibitor are in full responsability of the owners, even in some extreme circumstances (fire, accident, natural catastrophe, attack…).
The insurances : The exhibitors must take any capacities to make sure themselves against risks concerning this kind of exhibition.
Section 8bis – Every exhibitors will accept the health protocol in force, decided by the french government the day of the fair.
Section 9 – According to the french law about selling in public events, the exhibitors must give the usefull informations to the organiser.
Section 10 – The Association tplambcv is not responsible in case of dispute with the public contributions (police and custom authorities)
Section 11 – The Association tplambcv can exclude every participant who would disturb the good order and the morality of the event. In that case, there is no money refund to the participant.
Section 12 – The exhibitors will take place on Sunday morning from 7.00am. The opening to the public will be from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
The exhibitors won’t leave before 5;00pm.
Section 13 – If any booking is unpaid, it can’t be booked. The last date of booking is the Friday 17th april 2026. Maximal booking of tables: 5,4 meters (3 tables)
Section 14 – Cancelled booking won’t be accepted after Friday 17th April 2026. After this date, NO refund will be done.
The participation of this event commit the acceptance of this rule.
